Completely understandable! Honestly even as a reader who's not very invested in SqWA (i just haven't spent a lot of time and effort there yet, so I'm not particularly emotionally invested beyond "cool, a fic archive that's not AO3, i sure do hope it lasts a long time") it is still a little annoying to witness so, *so* many stories with no comments. And like I know I'm part of that, but everybody using it is to some extent by now so I'm not gonna guilt-trip myself, sigh.

And people doing it on Ad Astra I imagine must be even more annoying, because when they're tagging like that they're just blatantly displaying they either didn't read the rules or *don't care* about the rules. And either is pretty disrespectful. You have my eternal admiration for the great job you do on Ad Astra's tags, though. They're so readable! No more walls of text to scroll through!

Side-note, I adore sorting things and could give a crack at tag wrangling if you want. I mean I know nothing about it and might not succeed but if it's sorting to any degree I'd probably have fun. XD
