Poem

So long, my friend
I won’t meet you again
I’ve done the math
You just make me unwell

So long, my friend
You’ll always be in my heart
But when I’m with you
The whole world goes dark

And so long, my friend
I hope you’ll go far
I’ll stay on the sidelines
But I believe in your star

So goodbye, my friend
I’ve loved you so long
But I won’t meet you again
May the future bring joy

Poem

i have tossed my head in the wind
i have felt it cutting within
i have given up on hope
for the dreams that i hold
and now i am shaking
in my skin

Poem

You’re broken and you’re shattered
And you’re crying on your knees
I never saw a sight so pretty

Victories alight on your dangerous smile
Messages goes unheard this time
And I never knew a sight so fun

Nightmares dancing in your eyes
Futures locked and trapped inside
For I never heard a song so loud

Universes ringing through your dreams
Caught in endless fragile seams
But I never stopped to really scream

This time it’s your time so shine
Even when you’re dead outside
I never met a ghost so kind

Poem

Your heart’s been breaking
For a long time now
Your faith is shaking
You’re running out of time
Every moment you’re waiting
Is yet another lie

But stop your deceiving
I know you’re not fine
You keep on walking
Just trying to find
Answers to a dreaming
Fear you can’t outrun

Please quit your searching
rest those weary eyes
It’s not all shattering
you’ve still got heart and life
So stop when you’re breaking
I promise, there’s still time
